Okay, so I realize that I haven't posted for over a month, but we just saw most of you over the holidays! We (Brett & I) have been battling the evil strep throat for the last week or so and it is miserable. I always get it the worst! I've said that this is my new diet plan from Heavenly Father! I can only eat soft foods and it's the pits! Last week I could barely swallow it was swollen so bad and when I would lay down, I could feel my tonsils touching and it would cut off my airway somewhat! We are in the process of recovering, but it is a slow one!
Anyway, the kids are growing like weeds! They had a blast with their cousins and didn't understand why we had to come home after being down there for two weeks! Dallin had his 4 month appt. on the 6th and was 15 lbs. 10 oz. and I'm sure he's gained at least a pound since then! He's working on getting 4 teeth! He can now roll over at his disposal and can sit up if he doesn't get to excited and tip himself over! He's started this new spitting thing that drenches you with spit every time he does it! We've learned not to hold him facing you for very long or at least not at a close distance!
Yesterday at church, we were surprised and pleased to see Mekayla writing sentences on her own. Some of the words are kind of funny with how she sounds things out and writes them, but most of them are great! We are very proud of the progress she is making.
Tepaynga has had a little cold and will let you know her every ache and pain! She really milks everything for every little drop it's worth! She amazes us with how observant she is and what a photographic memory she has!
Can you believe that President Hinckley died yesterday? We had General Athorities here this weekend for Stake Conf. and they were just talking about how amazing his energy and capabilities are still! It really wasn't too much of a shock since we knew it was just a matter of time, but it's still sad to have him gone. We woke up our kids when we found out and told them, it was cute because they got all teary eyed, but they knew where he was going!
Anyway, I'll try to post some pictures next time and keep this more updated! TTFN!

Sorry you guys were sick. I had strep throat as well, luckily the kids didn't get it. The kids are getting way to big way too fast!
